THE "Ciao Bella Modena" APARTMENT, completely renovated with taste and design, is located in the heart of the historic center of Modena, very easy to reach from the train station or by car thanks to the ZTL pass and free parking .
Located on the first floor of one of the main streets of Modena in a building typical of the city center streets.
THE ENTRANCE, independent and completely autonomous thanks to the self check-in, after a few steps you will find the front door immediately on the left.
DINING AREA, with table and kitchen equipped with everything you need to enjoy a nice meal at home in full Romanticism: pots, crockery, all the main kitchen utensils, kettle with tea and herbal teas, Nespresso coffee machine with pods , microwave and dishwasher with 43 inch smart tv for additional company.
Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal to allow you a comfortable and practical stay in every respect.
The dining area leads to the MASTER BEDROOM, where you will find a comfortable bed with memory foam topper (160x190cm) and a large walk-in wardrobe at your complete disposal, a 45' smart TV with Netflix subscription included which will allow you to relax with your best films and TV series.
The house is completed by the BATHROOM with a modern design which will have everything you need for your moment of relaxation: hairdryer, set of towels including shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.
